Bright Community

Terms of Service

These terms describe the current agreement for entering and participating in Bright Community.

Review statusThis is a working owner-review draft, not final legal advice. Minimum age, governing law, disputes, liability, and formal notice language still require qualified legal review.

1. Entering Bright

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use Bright through an account you are authorized to control.

Bright reviews membership information before opening community access. Creating an Auth account does not guarantee membership approval.

2. Community participation

Your use of Bright is also governed by the Community Rules. Respect other members, do not abuse platform systems, and do not use Bright to harass, deceive, exploit, or endanger people.

3. Your work and content

You remain responsible for material you post, send, or upload. Only share work you have the right and permission to share.

Bright needs permission to host, process, display, and deliver your content as required to operate the community. The final scope and duration of that license require legal review.

4. Moderation and account states

Bright may remove content, limit features, restrict an account, suspend access, or close access when necessary to protect members, enforce community rules, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Moderation labels and progression do not create employment, ownership, or a promise of permanent access.

5. Service changes

Bright Community is in Beta. Features may change, move, pause, or be removed while the platform is refined. Bright does not promise uninterrupted availability.

6. Owner and legal review still required

This draft intentionally does not invent unresolved legal policy. Before final publication, Bright must confirm minimum age, governing law, dispute handling, liability language, formal notices, and the final account-deletion and retention policy with qualified counsel.
